Many of you following this page and in particular the horrible cat killings we have been investigating will be horrified to learn that should we catch the killer they may only get a maximum 2-year jail sentence. I have just come across this Government petition and I have signed it. Please sign and share this extensively as if it hits 1 100,000 signatures the Government will be forced to debate it in parliament. Thanks.
